AfriForum files papers to overturn Malema's hate speech ruling

The Citizen reported that the lobby group has accused the commission of bias, adamant that if Malema had been white, there would have been a different outcome. Numerous complaints had been looked at, but AfriForum seems mostly concerned with the assertion that the EFF was 'not calling for the slaughter of white people, at least not for now'.
