ANC, EFF Taunted For Filling Stadiums 'For Nothing'

South Africa held a general election on 8 May which saw the ANC receive less than 60 per cent of the vote, the first time this has happened since the end of apartheid in 1994.

The Julius Malema-led EFF came a distant third and failed to overtake the white-dominated DA to become the country’s official opposition. However, the EFF grew its support base by roughly 80 per cent, the only party among the “Big Three” to gain support.
