Eben Etzebeth returns to SA facing charges of racial abuse and assault

Commissioners of the SA Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) met on Saturday to make plans to oppose the application made by Etzebeth’s legal team in the high court against SAHRC. Etzebeth filed a request for the charges against him to be set aside.

The SAHRC has alleged that Etzebeth and others racially abused and assaulted four people outside Die Watergat, a pub in Langebaan, on the 25th of August 2019 according to iol.co.za.
