Dlamini said that he will never apologise for the incident. Dlamini was speaking at the Durban University of Technology during a memorial service for a student who was reportedly killed by security personnel during protests.
The slain student, Mlungisi Madonsela, was a member of DUT's EFF Student Command.He added that the EFF would not be told what to do by anyone.
He also slammed the ANC, saying the party had lied to South Africans and that it had sold the public out.
