Malema calls Mnangagwa a sellout for compensating paying white farmers

Julius Malema has condemned Zimbabwe President Emmerson Mnangagwa for his plans to to compensate white farmers. The EFF leader feels that paying farmers who had been stripped of their land almost two decades ago is a sellout move.

Leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters, Julius Malema, has lashed out at Emmerson Mnangagwa for plans to compensate white farmers.According to IOL, Malema had denounced the plans to pay out to those whose land had been confiscated by war veterans nearly 20 years ago.Malema explained that Zimbabwe was plagued with poverty and was unable to pay for basic healthcare, adequate education and even infrastructure.

Anyone who compensates for the expropriation of land is a sellout.

"This comes as South Africa prepares to carry out its own version of land reform.
