Ndlozi on ATM party death penalty policy: only African people will be executed

The leader of the ATM party, Vuyolwethu Zungula, revealed the party would be fighting to have the death penalty reinstated. “The first thing that we are working for, that we want as a party, we want to reinstate the capital punishment,”Zungula explained that reasons for this stance included the fact that murder was something that had been normalised, with citizens accepting the fact that 57 people die every day, as well as the country becoming the rape capital of the world.

“There is so much going wrong in terms of how we deal with the crime in the country and if you check, we have had prayers, we have had marches, we have had even the 16 days of activism [for no violence against women and children] but nothing is changing.
