* The ANC says it will defend a legal challenge by some ANC members in the Free State that are taking party's PEC structure to the Gauteng High court to nullify the provinces list conference.
The group claims that the list conference that took place in December last year was unlawful and unconstitutional. Speaking to the SABC last night, ANC spokesperson Pule Mabe said the disgruntled group's action has been out manoeuvered by events.
* The battle between the DA and Patricia De Lille is now heading to the Cape High Court, after the DA refused to apologise to De Lille as ordered by the IEC.
